Delete your account & data
AfriHarvex · The Global Trade Execution Layer
You can delete your AfriHarvex account and personal data at any time. There are two ways:
1. In the app (fastest)
Profile → Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account.
Your account is deactivated immediately and scheduled for permanent deletion after a 30-day grace period (sign back in within 30 days to cancel). You can also download a full copy of your data as JSON from the same screen before deleting.
2. By email
Can't access the app? Email support@afriharvex.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify it's you, then process the deletion.
What gets deleted
Your profile, contact details, KYC documents, messages, listings, saved searches, device/push tokens, and other personal data tied to your account.
What we must keep (and for how long)
Where the law requires, we retain a limited set of records after deletion — for example completed-transaction, escrow and tax records — for the period required by financial and regulatory record-keeping rules. These are kept only for that purpose and are not used for anything else. Open deals or unresolved disputes must be closed before their related records can be removed.
