Trade with clear protections and limits

AfriHarvex connects buyers, sellers, and logistics providers. This page explains the controls behind the platform and where users must still perform their own commercial due diligence.

Service availability is country- and transaction-specific.
Payment methods, settlement currencies, logistics coverage, wallet features, and verification requirements depend on the parties' countries and the payment provider available at checkout. A feature appearing in the product does not guarantee that it is available in every jurisdiction.
Identity and KYCSeller verification may include government identification, a selfie, business documents, and human administrative review. Verification reduces impersonation risk but is not a guarantee of product quality or performance.
Payments and safeguarded releaseCard and bank payments are handled by third-party payment processors. For eligible protected deals, the platform records the hold and releases payment according to delivery confirmation and dispute status.
Authoritative checkoutPrices, quantities, currencies, fees, ownership, and payment status are validated by server-side controls. The browser cannot authoritatively mark a transaction paid.
Privacy and AIKYC documents use private storage and restricted access. Optional AI features require consent before submitted text or images are sent to the disclosed AI provider.

Buyer and seller responsibilities

Disputes and refunds

Protected-deal funds are not released while an eligible dispute is under review. Outcomes depend on the deal record, delivery evidence, communications, processor status, and applicable law. Processor reversals and refunds may require additional processing time. Contact support@afriharvex.com with the deal reference and supporting evidence.

Security reporting

Report a suspected vulnerability privately to support@afriharvex.com. Do not access other users' data, disrupt service, or perform destructive testing.
